Around 400 BC the Persians invented a special chilled food made using vermicelli and rose water to serve to royalty during summers. This was called Faloodeh. The ice was mixed with fruits, saffron and various other flavours besides rose water. Falooda is used as a dessert on special occasions.

Milk – 1 liter
Water – 200 ml
Bakers Elaichi Pista Falooda Mix


Take 1 liter of milk in a vessel, add 1 glass of water (200ml) to the vessel containing milk, and heat for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame
Empty contents of Bakers Elaichi Pista Falooda Mix pack into the milk and boil it while stirring continuously for 10-15 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy.
Remove the vessel from the flame and allow the mixture to cool.
Refrigerate to chill (Do not deep freeze). Now, your Bakers Falooda Mix is ready to be served.
