Mix ½ cup of water with 1 cup of Aachi Masala Vada mix
Add 1 no. of chopped onion, 1 chopped ginger and 1 sprig of curry leaves
Mix well and keep aside for 10 min
Make small balls and then flatten it
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the flat shaped vada on simmer
Fry vada until it turns to golden brown
Serve hot with tomato sauce or coconut chutney
